This is an update on an earlier review.
I did find a copy of a detailed manual with schema in the outermost pocket.
A rain cover and a convex mirror (recommended) are extras and not included in the base price.

The speed of delivery of this product was exceptional.
The backpack's quality of construction matches it's cost. The "user manual/schematic" is rather brief and attached as a label tag.

NEW MOTHER TO CAMPING AND HIKING

This is a great child carrier that comes with tons of room to carry your things when you are hiking. It is a little big on me, 95 pounds and only 5 feet tall, but my husband can easily wear it and my daughter is comfortable. If you are looking for a carrier, this is it!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT! EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE FOR CHILD AND PARENT. WHOMEVER DESIGNED THIS THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING. MY SON LOVES THE "REAR VIEW MIRROR"

The kelty FC 3.0 is everything we wanted and needed in a carrier. Our 9mos old is 23lbs and you'd never know it with this pack. I'm able to hit the trails or my back yard for yard work and not even walk away with a sore back, which i have with some other carriers. It's a big pack with plenty of storage and padding with easy to use adjustments. My husband is 6'2" and with a few quick adjustments the pack fits him perfectly. Our son absolutely loves using this carrier. Not only is he comfortable and secure with the 5 point harness but he is up high and can see everything I do. He's even fallen asleep in it a few times. Although somewhat pricey we found the lowest sale price on this website and would definitely recommend this purchase.
