Kelty MEANS backpacking. Its probably the biggest name in the business - and for good reason. 50 years ago, Dick Kelty invented a lightweight pack for his outdoorsy buddies. Since then, Kelty has made good on its promise of dedication to innovative outdoor products. "Gear at a great price" - you'll get a ton of use out of the Kelty packs on this site. They introduced a redesigned K.I.D.S. line in 2002 - fixing some of the flaws of previous carriers (notably the bungee powered kickstand) and adding innovative features. The way we look at it, we are selling the BEST Kelty line of carriers ever. They've solved the major problems of their earlier carriers as well as the slight design flaws.
